Power fittings are generally made of cast steel and malleable cast iron. It is required that the wire fittings should have sufficient mechanical strength and good electrical performance for the part of the fittings connected with the conductive body. In the manufacturing process, there should be no burr flying edge, trachoma bubble, crack deformation, surface should be smooth, galvanized layer should be uniform. The supporting fittings should be suitable in specification, no lack of parts and no rust, the screw and nut should be well matched, the contact surface between the clamping body pressure plate and the wire should be smooth, and the manufacturing quality and size should meet the national standards and specifications.
